You cannot help but sympathize with the people of Australia, as the burning inferno move from one region to another. It is really hell on Earth seeing the wild fires charting their own course in the Aussie landscape.
There’s no human with flesh and blood that will not be impacted by the images, both on television and social media, being feed to us daily. In our helpless state, God is speaking to you and me about what is ahead…the unseen!
Many would naturally blame it on climate change and the hole in the ozone layer. It really goes beyond the physical, but a continuation of the birth pangs of the winding up of this present darkness.
Jesus Christ warned believers that closer to his second coming, we should watch a pray, so that we will not be caught off guard by happenings around us. In the Book of Matthew 24:7-8 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
The summer wild fires of California in 2019 was nothing compared to the current ranging fires of Australia. It will take the divine intervention of God sending showers of rain or a reduction in wind speed to arrest this current nightmare confronting the Aussies.
What should we as Christians learn from this evil wild fires that have destroyed people’s homes and lives. The common line is that we should all return to God and accept Jesus Christ as our personal LORD and saviour in sincerity.
Our helplessness as a people, a government, a nation, humanity is all too clear. We can see the on endless struggles of the Fire Service to quench it, but to no avail. Everybody is praying for rain from the heavens. It is that same despised and rubished God, we all are waiting to intervene.
His Mercy through the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ will see the people of Australia through, because of the saints in the land.
