China, the biggest and the most populated country on earth, banned all online sales of the Holy Bible in 2018. Declared that Christians were no longer free to worship or assemble with their children in their Churches. Their aim is that parents should not indoctrinate their children with the gospel of Jesus Christ, so that they will not grow up opposing the unjust laws of their government. In April, a popular social media platform operating in China, decided to remove all LGBT photo postings and unholy conversation as a way of cleaning up their website; the backlash drew the irk of more than 300 million users of the website protesting against the company’s renewed policy. The LGBT community in China won and the social media platform rescinded its decision and maintain the status quo! Chinese government agents are raiding Christian homes removing images of Jesus Christ and crucifix.
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such there is no law.” Gal.5:22-23
The presence of the Holy Spirit in a Christian’s life brings about diverse kinds of fruit. It can be liken to Joseph coat of many colours, which his father particularly made as an expression of the love he had for him. Jesus Christ, our Lord, told us that he will not leave us empty as he will tell the Father to send us the comforter. This comforter known as the Holy Spirit produces seed which germinate and bear fruit.
